The Segura Hydraulic Confederation (hereinafter, CHS) reserves the right, at any time and without prior notification to the user, to unilaterally modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications and web site services, and therefore does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the server operation, and shall not be held liable for any damages caused by interruptions or failures in access.
