Description

Here you can initiate the telematic procedure to exercise, before the person responsible for the treatment, the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion (“Right to be forgotten”), limitation of treatment and portability, as well as withdraw the consent granted at any time, without that this affects the legality of the treatment based on consent prior to its withdrawal, provided for in articles 13 to 18 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights before the Segura Hydrographic Confederation O.A.

Through the presentation by the interested party of the form for the exercise of the right.

How is it presented?

For electronic submission, the Common Electronic Registry can be used to present any document or request, or the electronic headquarters of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, for the most common procedures.

If you prefer to do it in person, you must use any of the methods provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (Post Offices, diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad, and in the registration assistance offices).
