In accordance with the provisions of art. 28.4 in relation to art. 334 of Law 9/2017 of November 8 on Public Sector Contracts, the Strategic Plan for the Contractual Activity of the CHS O.A. (PEC) includes the actions that the organization intends to carry out in 2024. The nature of the PEC is merely informative and non-binding, and has been prepared taking into account the basic information of each action available to the contracting body. Actions are defined whose tender notices are expected to be published in 2024, and this without prejudice to whether or not their execution will begin in said year or in subsequent years. It is understood that its proper implementation will facilitate decision-making based on data, with a model based on the focus on results and evaluation through indicators that will lead to an improvement in the perception of citizens regarding compliance by the CHS with its institutional purposes.
