Register of Interested Parties

As one more element in order to achieve true public participation Active the Hydrological Planning process of the Segura Hydrographic Demarcation, the Segura Hydrographic Confederation has created a Register of Interested Parties in which all institutions, companies and individuals that they have requested their inclusion to date and that in one way or another they will actively participate in the process. Interested Parties will receive first-hand information on the proceedings, tables, events and other activities related to the subject.

To form part of this Register of Interested Parties, the PDF Document application form in pdf format (45 KB) or Document DOC application form in doc format (62 KB) must be sent to the CHS duly completed.

In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights,we inform you in advance that the requested data will be included in a file registered with the Data Protection Agency and whose responsible is the CHS in order to make the Public Participation Project effective. When making the request, a representative must be appointed before the CHS and the authorization to publish the name of your organization in the list of Interested Parties that will be available at the headquarters of the CHS and in this section of Interested Parties of the website of the CHS.

The creation of this registry is further regulated by the following regulations:

• Water Framework Directive (Directive 2000/60 / EC) - Art. 14 establishes that the member states will encourage the active participation of all interested parties in the implementation of the Directive and in particular in the preparation of hydrological plans.
• The Consolidated Text of the Water Law (TRLA Art. 41.3) that must guarantee, in any case, public participation in the entire planning process, both in the phases of prior consultations and in those of development and approval or review of the plan.
• Law 27/2006, which regulates the rights of access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters and Royal Decree 907/2007, which approves the Regulation of the Hydrological Planning.
